Hertz talent – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which Buyers and Freelancers may request refunds, cancel Orders, or resolve disputes on Hertz talent. By using the platform, you agree to abide by the conditions set forth below.
1. General Principles
1.1 Payments on Hertz talent are made in advance when an Order is placed.
1.2 Refunds are issued only in accordance with this policy and are credited to the Buyer’s Hertz talent balance or original payment method, depending on circumstances.
1.3 Direct payments, cancellations, or refunds outside the Amez Freelance platform are strictly prohibited.
2. Order Cancellations
2.1 Buyers may request cancellation of an Order before the Freelancer has started working, subject to Freelancer approval.
2.2 Freelancers may cancel an Order if they are unable to deliver the service, provided they inform the Buyer and Hertz talent support immediately.
2.3 Orders may be automatically canceled by Hertz talent in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Buyers are eligible for a refund if the Freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon work by the deadline without communication or extension approval.
3.2 Refunds may be granted if the delivered work is substantially different from the service description or agreed requirements.
3.3 Refunds will not be issued for completed Orders that have been approved by the Buyer unless fraud or violation is proven.
4. Dispute Resolution
4.1 Buyers and Freelancers are encouraged to communicate directly to resolve issues before requesting a cancellation or refund.
4.2 If no resolution is reached, either party may escalate the matter to Hertz talent Support.
4.3 Hertz talent reserves the right to review communication, work submissions, and agreements to make a binding decision.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
5.1 Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the Buyer’s choice of service if the Freelancer delivered as described.
5.2 Refunds will not apply if the Buyer uses part of the delivered work but later requests a full refund.
5.3 Refunds are not available for violations of Terms & Conditions by the Buyer, including abusive behavior or attempts to circumvent the platform.
6. Processing of Refunds
6.1 Refunds, when approved, will be credited within 7–14 business days.
6.2 Depending on payment method, refunds may appear as platform credits or be returned to the original payment source.
6.3 Hertz talent is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.
7. Final Decision
7.1 Hertz talent reserves the exclusive right to make final decisions regarding disputes, cancellations, and refunds.
7.2 Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
